A different approach to civil and economic justice

One buck.
One voice.
One collective act of ownership.

A call to turn shared purpose into practical pathways toward land, business ownership, and stronger communities.

LAND · LEGACY · FUTURE

The idea behind the challenge

What if we stopped asking
and started building?

The Black Buck Challenge begins with a simple symbol: one dollar. It is not the limit of the vision. It is a declaration of participation — “I am Black. Count me in.”

01

Collective Action

Small individual acts can become a visible expression of shared purpose when people organize around a clear goal.

02

Ownership

The long-term vision explores land, agriculture, food systems, housing, business development, and other community assets.

03

Transparency

Trust must be earned through clear governance, responsible stewardship, public reporting, and accountable decisions.

The Black Buck Challenge

The new Underground Railroad — where 40 acres is just the beginning.

The vision is to turn millions of small acts into a foundation for ownership, opportunity, and community-directed development. This is a vision in development; funding and governance arrangements must be established before contributions are solicited.
